• If you are not 100% satisfied with performance of cloth within 30 days of receipt, we will exchange the product or refund the full purchase price
• With proper use and care, we will warranty the life of the cloth for a minimum of 2 years, although the cloth could last up to 5 years
• We will exchange any product that does not last 2 years

Returns/Refunds ...

• No refunds on items damaged by customer through abuse or misuse
• A copy of the invoice must accompany any return
• Please contact us prior to returning any product.
• When product is received, we will contact you by e-mail and credit will be issued and will appear on billing statement
